Privacy Policy

All orders have a next day turn around time. Any orders that cannot be drop off next day will have a late fee in the amount of $50 per day that the item/orders are being held and stored. Any items/ order that has an outstanding balance/invoice will not be dropped off until the balance/invoice is paid in full. Items/orders that have been in the possession of Total Care Laundry LLC for more than 72 hours is considered abandoned and will be discarded.
